Dialcos is an italian food company built in 1960 and dedicated to producing and marketing of gluten and wheat free products.
Our main goal is to produce dietary products to satisfy the needs of anyone who’s interested in maintaining a balanced diet.
From 2003 the company started to produce gluten and wheat free pasta: actually the company offers in Italy two kinds of pasta, Dialdì for the GDO market and Dialsì for the retail market. The pasta is free of GM derivatives and without any additive, with special regards to E471.
The Dialsì line is supplemented with other products: vegetarian soup, meat soup, biscuits, snacks and a biologic certified seasonings.
