Picchiotti Pasta Factory was founded in 1866, at the beginning the company produced dry pasta.
The company PICCHIOTTI PASTA FRESCA SRL was established in 1999, converting the production into making quality fresh egg pasta. Over the years it adapted its structure and production to the needs of costumers and the changing market.
Today Picchiotti produce conventional, organic and gluten free fresh pasta and is certified BRC.
Gluten free pasta is produced since 2008 in a dedicated area of the establishment, isolated from the rest of the production. The range includes both filled and flat pasta.
